Hey silly question now, but considering I don’t have an ‘Insert’ button on my Mac laptop keyboard, does anyone know what button I need to click to sit?

my keyboard got insert button~~ but when i press the insert button and nothing happen =(
that’s odd my bf has a normal pc :)) but it woks for him press insert to sit down. maybe cause of lag?
