weird i follow the quest run
they bring me go lvl 9x map
but i just lvl 72
omg no more quest ><
now only can grind till lvl what only got quest?

The quest is still there. However, you don’t meet the level requirements that is why you’re not getting them. 
You have to be within 10 levels from the recommended level on the maps.

which means i need to within lvl 10 in the map i only can obtain those quest
Yes yes. If you still can’t take the quest, try to level up 1 time and talk to the npc again.

cause when talk to them not every npc have quest what XD
