Nope, the DEX bonus doesn’t change after Lv1, which is why it’s usually left at Lv1. The Lv8 Monstrance takes longer to cast because you’re summoning more Monstrance circles.

Well, maybe they’ll provide free skill resets like they did in kToS when they gave them a large balancing patch. Since iToS is supposedly not getting a lot of balance patches because they’re “Testing” them in kToS first, we’d hopefully get a skill reset when they bring all of it over here at once. You probably would’ve had to buy a skill reset anyway when/if the Blessing buff got here anyway to raise it to Lv10, so no big loss.
