[lv170^ Rod] Ignition Recipe - Where does it drop?

Up to no luck. rather I’m still new to the game so I can’t determine where to find some recipes/mats/etc.

I’ve seen a few mages use this but I’m not sure where to find it? Sadly I didn’t get to take note of their names x_x

The ones in Crystal mine Lot 1/2F are “Miner Fire Wizards” with a different loot table so it’s definitely not them.
Does anybody have an idea?

I think it’s from a Level 175 boss but I don’t play as a Wizard/Cleric so I can’t really say anything that can be taken as 100% confirmed.

I just got confirmation from a player who has it! Yeap, lv 175 dun!
