Theres Lump of Meat near Ascetic Sanctuary which doesn’t make dialect for me. I’m pretty sure thats where i get quest for Gluttony necklece.
It’s a guy npc that’ll start quest relate to meat not meat itself. After you got his quest you can get more meat from lump of meat to finish his quest.
