Hi,
When i choose Low mode at game config, i observed that i cannot see other players skills, only those who was on a party with me, that is inconfortable cause i want to see they skills too. I think could have a option to see or not see other people effects on low mode.
(I know it has that option but it is disabled on low mode, even if it is selected i dont know why.)

Bug Description :Do not show other players effects in low mode.(even selecting the button “Show other players effects”)
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- low mode
- show others players effect button “On”
- do not show people effect
- bad experience on game
