Low-Mid Gear Build Suggestions for End-Game Content?

So I played ToS preBuild before and stopped coz i got busy in work…then got back and got overwhelm by this “Rebuild”

I created a Scout since im curious coz its new class tree and ended up SR-Corsair-Enchanter lvl400.
Queued on Dungeon lvl400 then died 2times in my first run(good thing we have a priest)
I also noticed my damage - i didnt even clear a single area of mobs, when on PVE and Quest, I always 1shot them with my AA…
Im wearing the lvl380 free gears from the NPC

SOooo back to the Topic…

Is there any build for any class that can do end-game content with only low-mid spec gear?
Builds that despite being “not geared” enough, can do high level maps and can contribute well in a party

Dont judge me, Im not a hardcore gamer, I only play about 5-8hours a week in total so hardcore grinding is a bit difficult for me…i just want to enjoy the content with others without being a drag

You get a lv 400 legend set savinose +11 t10 when you finish the quests of ep 11.
Also theres a lv400 quest on orsha that gives lv400 primus t10. Get it and go for ep11 quests.

The game have hard mode now.

Poor you, the best you can do in the game is enjoy Assister and housing, as pve is pure grind now.

ohhh so thats what flagbot is. I kept seeing those in chat and i have no idea what that is lol.
So i think my build (SR-Cors-Ench) can pass as a flagbot right? Ill just give the buffs, drop the flag then run around to avoid death

no, without thau AND enchanter, corsair flag wont optimal and your build doesnt considered as flagbot
