When in Klapeida I get 15 fps sometimes, just by walking around the city, idk if this is normal?, I get some graphic lag spikes.
But the game don’t even use 20 percent of my cpu or memory. I’m confuse.
Any fix for this?.

None, that’s the engine.
That’s just the engine and it got even worse after the big yesterday’s patch
