Just logged in to claim the event package that we were supposed to get from reporting bots only to find out it has already expired and I cant claim it anymore. WTF are you serious IMC, thanks. Going back to Blade and Soul I give up on this crap.
i think you should if you dont know the reason why that happend and what was the package was for but i’ll give you the link so your plebeian mind can understand what happend.

A case of foot in mouth for listening to guildmates “news” instead of reading forums. I briefly logged in this morning and was pleasantly surprised by the items in the mail. I was told by guildies that this was a compensation for reporting bots. I naturally felt ecstatic and appreciated for diligently reporting bots. The next time I log in to claim it, it’s gone and guildies inform me that it was set to be removed by 12pm today as there was only a short window to claim it.
My reaction might have been childish but this kind of fiasco could have been addressed better to avoid confusion and disappointment to some players, myself included. It’s not about the value of the reward, I have 3 accounts and downloaded all the early access content on each one, it was the misconception that we were being rewarded for reporting botters and doing our part for the community.
