Lost Storage Items

Well, I guess it isn’t a bug from the game itself but it annoyed me as hell. First of all, I bought the exclusive access with the premium hats, TP the token and the EXP tomes. I made a char and I got my stats wrong so I decided to make a new one. As I was expecting, saving my things (premium hair, token and exp tomes) in the personal storage would save my stuff so I could get them in my new char. Guess what, all my things dissapeared when I deleted my old char and made the new one, why?, there was no single warning and I lost the items I paid for.

“personal” storage belongs to that character, and that one only.
“team” storage is character-independent. it can be accessed by any character on the same team. (team storage is only available to token users.)

file a ticket, beg nicely, maybe they can undelete the character for you. (you’re allowed 4 characters. [not sure if that’s per-account, or per-server; i only play on one server] )

in the future, and for anyone else reading it, use the token first, and then put all the items into Team storage. then it can be retrieved by any character on the team, new or old. at least, once they get to town, that is.
