Lost recipe item drop due to lag

Hello, coming to the forums witha bit of an issue. I was doing the quest that starts a battle with the Denoptic, and upon finishing it I lagged massively and missed out on collecting the items.

Now, this generally wouldn’t be an issue, except that I needed the Denoptic Eye that drops to craft a Rokas Robe.

Does anyone know how to contact a GM to see if the issue can be fixed?

The developer should make the quest boss drop as a quest reward instead… This will fix the lag and boss item drop problem.

Sh!t just happened for me too… tried to abandon the quest and try again, but it never dropped again.

Trying with others doesn’t help too, since the drops are tied to the party leader.

Getting more and more frustrated with this game, even if I know that it’s beta.
