Problem: I do not know why I was lost my Quarrel shooter 3 costume. I am logging a lot of time, but I can’t see this costume again.
Open your character inventory and scroll down to the “Premium” section (unequipped, it goes there, not the normal “Costumes” section).
Also, check your personal storage, team storage, and other characters as you might have transferred it somewhere else.
It’s impossible to have accidentally sold the item to any NPC shop as it’s untradeable.

As @Biskee noticed that please check out your inventory and scroll down to look for the costume of “Quarrel Shooter Circle 3”. I could find out the logs of your inventory that you have it : )
