Bug Description :
Hello,
This bug issue I want to bring to your attention is about how I lost my Diamond Anvil inside of Fedimian Structure Building after receiving the “Market Time Limit” debuff which made my character NOT able to “auto attack or use skills” in order to hit the Diamond anvil. Keep in mind this “debuff” is from the previous “Secret Night Market Event” from (January 30th, 2018 - February 20th, 2018), which should not be in this building after the February 20th, 2018 maintenance. After I entered the building I was NOT aware that I had received a 10 minute debuff. I then proceeded to you use the Diamond anvil on my Masinios 2handed Pike and further noticed my character had this debuff. After I had placed the Diamond anvil on my weapon the Diamond anvil (including my silver) disappeared a few minutes later because the anvil was sitting on the ground for too long, which again, was due to my character being “unable to auto attack or use skills to hit the anvil” from this debuff as seen in the video on the top left of my screen where debuffs are located. After the debuff timer ran out I was then booted out of the building as you can see in the video. Unfortunately I was not able to record me placing the diamond anvil on my weapon because I had started recording after I noticed what was happening. If you need any proof that I used a Diamond anvil on my weapon I kindly ask you to check the server files and see that I had traded 200 blessed shards to another player for this Diamond anvil and that it was in my inventory prior to recording the video. You can also see in the video the color of the Diamond anvil is more of a silver color compared to a regular anvil which has more of a brownish rust type of color. I have used plenty of anvils on weapons in this building in the past and have never had trouble hitting the anvil. I kindly ask you to replace and compensate my Diamond anvil back to me as I have worked hard to earn those 200 shards to trade for it. Steps to reproduce the issue : You can reproduce this issue by entering the Fedimian Structure Building and receiving the “Market Time Limit” debuff. After entering and receiving the “Market Time Limit” debuff you can then place any anvil on your weapon. After using the anvil on the weapon your character will be unable to auto attack or use skills to hit the anvil.
