Am I the only one that accidentally deleted their companion while swapping it over between characters? There seems to be no support regarding this matter and I have contacted Julie with no reply for some time now so it would seem they don’t get involved with customers at all which is disheartening( I’m sure they’re too busy for stupidity). Does anyone know how to go about a remedy apart from grinding with the very limited trade restrictions?
i sent in ticket about that because i did same thing and they replied that they will recover but take 2 to 3 day… o.o since 31 of march xD so i am still waiting
I’m missing mine as well though I have no idea why mine went missing. Waiting on a reply on my ticket.
What did you choose when sending a ticket? all the options seem to be for bugs in the game and stuff. I’m not that computer/forum savvy
If u search there are posts about it. I got mine fixed. I filed under ETC
