I was just grinding normally in this dungeon when this guy showed up and summoned something in front me. I immediately died and lost all my gems. Its like 6-8 full rows of gems. Is this even acceptable? I grinded for how many hours and one player just destroyed all of my hard work? Could I even get it back? I know it’s worth is nothing to you guys but its a big deal to me. i went from 40-45 in this cave just grinding to get some stuff, and suddenly its all lost. Hoping to get a justice that i deserve, especially as a new player. Sorry for exaggerating, But i really got pissed of.

Next time I would suggest storing your gems if you are playing in a location that causes them to drop on death, condense/market them, or carry a Soul Crystal (though the mob may just kill you again instantly).
Not much else can be done really, looks like someone decided to use a dead branch on you. I’m sorry

Probably used a red orb from Demon Prison 2 on you. Honestly, it’s possible he thought you were a bot, but it’s also just as possible that he decided to be a jerk. Either way, that’s unfortunate, but thankfully gems are really easy to obtain.

Don’t worry about the gems dear, it will be compensated once you reach high level and then you can enter or hitch to uphill instances… just go on quest level up, and grind a bit.
