Lost ALL my candies and shards

Logged in this morning just to see all my candies gone. Ok I read the latest announcement, but even the candies from kupole? wtf?

Even worse, I LOST ALL the shards on all my chars. Not a single one of them are from the event.
All are Saalus’s.
wtf are you doing imc?

Want to know how to lose players IMC?
This is how you lose players.

Stealing the effort of players towards their characters for your mistakes.
I remember the DPK fiasco once when items were dropping a lot due to IMC’s bad patching practices.

My friend that managed to complete her ASTRA BOW named Sandvich with the dpk fiasco by getting about 25+ or so yellow caro anthenna.
All the artilonium she had before the fiasco. The 2 practoniums gotten without the dpk fiasco’s help.
But what did IMC do? Remove the completed +11 Astrabow without compensating for the 2 practoniums, 15 artiloniums, RECIPE and ANVIL COSTS.

Such disregard for the player’s well being.
I like the game but the support team and patch team seems to not have the player’s interests in mind. Such un-professionalism.

You’re not alone.

Didn’t exchange a single Blessed Shard box using Odd Candies, but still lost all my Shards farmed from Saalus.

I just can’t help but laugh at how IMC managed to annoy even those who chose not to participate in their god awful Halloween event.

But yeah, I barely spend time on the game as is (10 mins a day.) At this point it just feels like they want me to not log-in at all.

Well, many players told them countless times, just remove the Solmiki Reward or even replace it with 2 practo weapons will do the trick.

We appreciate the creativity and innovation of testing the new coming pvp mode and feature, ok we have tested and it need more improvement. We are happy and glad developer use smart way to test feature with event :slight_smile:
So fine, just remove the solmiki as it is not well ready yet to avoid argument.
Nobody really bother those hacker or exploiter even if they get the price.

So what now? Why so stubborn and make it so difficult?
IMC ate the xxx themselves now by messing it up further.

That why you gave me 2k candy then delete all my shards.

holy, i didnt even noticed that my shards were gone too until this post, they really messed up this time

been saving shards for when the new weapons comes, i guess there goes that :tired: :tired: :tired:

BTW i love how they “listen” to feedback when they give free candies to everyone, but the Solmiki weapons? naaahh thats fine guys :tired:

Nothing new. They’ve tried to keep their pride as a real publishing company all while being worse than some random indie one that actually listens and reflects on issues. And now we get to watch the world burn. Honestly if I was this bad at managing a game for my job I would just roll the servers back 3 days.

You gave me goodies, took it back and punish me for using it? this is unthinkable!
How can a game this good, with amazing art and concept gets destroyed by incompetent management?

Never before I feel this resentful about the current state of this game.
I have been playing this game since CBT. Remember the Kupole Vita fisaco? Im one of them that didn’t bother to partake in the exploit fest. Because I had high hope for this game, if I cant help in dev at least im being a behaving player, playing it the way you hoped, the way you meant.
Every time you screwed up, I took it in positive light, most of time. ■■■■. People even call me white knights and shits for for giving you chance.
Hell, I even gave this game a positive review on steam! (but right after this, ill take back my kind words, and give this game what it deserve)

What I got after 2 years of support is constant test of patience. And now all my candies from kupole removed as punishment for using your forbidden gift, all my salus earned shards robbed, all at once a la Nigerian prince scam. Dear IMC, this is the last nail!

Since 3 days ago I tried to continue playing anyway, But it felt strange. there is no excitement, what left is that kind of feel. That feel, you know, betrayal.
For now I log in just to maintain my buff shop (hell, I even make a generously priced high end buffshop in hope for helping many other to enjoy this game). But its matter of time before someone else to take my usual spot.

Try sending a ticket through their ticket system rather than complaining on forums which probably won’t get an answer from them.

One of my guildmates also lost all his shards and candies because he never entered.

Yeah sure, do you really believe they answer tickets ? LOL

They don’t care about anything seriously, just exploit like everybody else, pay your costumes and play the game as it is… Just don’t forget to pray everyday that the shiit they are actually doing don’t impact you tomorrow, take this as a big lottery where losers have to quit the game… :smile:

The GM’s or at least the people who actually makes the real decisions in the game don’t bother reading the forums because it’s in English. These people that makes decisions for the game are Korean and don’t understand English. By sending in a ticket it will probably (While doubtful but let’s give it the benefit of the doubt) be translated into Korean and sent to the developers and other heads that will review and decide on making changes. You might argue that you get a copy paste answer all the time with no answers but complaining on the forums you literally have 0 chance for your complaints to be seen by the people who needs to see them.

Again, I would suggest taking it to the ticket system as you have a far better chance for the ticket to be translated and addressed to the correct department than complaining here where it will be buried over by numerous complaint threads written in English.
