Lost 500 TP Bundle

Today I bought a 500 TP bundle (+30 TP) to use with my character.

After login in the game, I clicked the TP button. The product showed up. After I clicked the USE button, nothing happened. I lost my TP.

Please fix this ASAP, I need to use the TP.
