I am kind of wonder when the release date is… I got friends that keep asking me and I don’t know what to tell them. Maybe the 28th? I haven’t heard anything yet though.

Pretty much, I just press “latest”. And look for screams of terror and spams of hate threads. So I’ll just assume they locked that.
Hopefully never. If this game never goes F2P, the insane bitching about what tokens do and don’t do will dry up.
And then there’s the bot issue.
Postponing a project always kills the hype.
I think the biggest problem is that we weren’t given a specific date. Mid-May could be the 7th, it could be the 24th. The point is that IMC delayed a game from a very publicized date of may 28 and is not certain enough of the proposed changes to give a new release date or even plan a schedule that they think will work.
When coupled with the unexpected price hike for beta/earlyaccess, it kind of suggests IMC may be more in the Red than we think. This may be the reason for the unknown development costs because they’re short-handed or don’t have enough permanent staff on the payroll to see these server changes through.
It’s a relatively minor delay and we do have a window of 2 weeks for the new release date, so I don’t think it’s a terrible problem IMC has (if any), but it does leave people wondering. Regardless, here’s hoping they at least give us a solid release date soon.

Who cares? its still better then the end of june. Where the release date SHOULD have been. But the community cried to hard.

Come on, to finish up the game in one month when initially they’ve planned to do it in three months? Ridiculous. Let them have their time. Just hope that they’ll use it to fix the game, not to develop and implement new hats and costumes.

I was a bit sad when I noticed they changed the F2P release date, but then I’ve read a few posts and changed my mind. They changed it for a good reason, optimizing the servers (probably), fixing bugs and trying to get rid of the gold sellers/bots (despite the fact these are persistent). Also this trading restriction is gone and probably more good stuff will happen. The waiting time isn’t much either, two-three weeks only. Personally I can wait for a promising game than playing a broken one.
Also let’s be happy that it will be a F2P and stop complaining. Instead, we can encourage them to keep up the good work. After all, all this work is for us too, to keep playing without any problem and to be satisfied.
