So I threw this together in about ten minutes and am wondering how it might hold up in pve.

You will want a real rank 8 SW class to deal with rank 8 content.
Doable with fencer C2 but you will experience bitter hell
specially when R8-R9(levels, 310+) content is mostly cloth monsters.
sacrifice corsair c2 for fencer c3.
u will be stricted using dwa with this build i guess. fencer will be shine at circle 3.
why corsair 2??? you will be much beter if you do
corsair 1 > Fencer 3!
as fencer myself i recomend you only corsair 1-fencer 3, high level content will hit you so hard whiout fencer 3, mobs with 400k hp are no joke
