So, i’ve been dealing with this “bug” or “issue” all the whole week AFTER the new patch. I sent around 4 tickets to let the support department what’s my issue but it seems that nothing work like it “should”.
Did you reinstall the game? Yes i did in any case you guys wondering if i didn’t, around 5 times i did reinstall, i even format my PC TWICE, wondering it was something related to my PC. But it seems that is nothing like that.
I don’t even know what the hell is happening and i get frustrated easily because i can see every day how my Friends can play without any issue but me.
I already tried joining other servers, and guess what i can play without any issue, without any disconnection. The game is just b****ing at me in Orsha. Like the hell i waste the 7days free tokens, because i can’t even play. And it’s nothing relating with my PC nor my ISP.
I want to ask about any compensation, but then i remember that the token were for “free”, but it have no sense when you can’t play because the game is just laughing at you around because you can’t even play.
So? I demand a really good answer that can calm my “frustration” and “anger” because things like this makes me think that i should really leave the game, but i don’t want to since i really enjoy it.

Bug Description :
I can’t pass through Orsha’s Server Lodge it just disconnect me and giving me back to the server selection. Also the second lodge does not appear the “Create Character Button”. And when i finally enter the game and i want to change character it just disconnect me again from the server.
