Hello, posting to find out where in the world the NPC Samsonas is. According to the db, he’s in Pelke Shrine Ruins, and gives out a total of 4x exp cards.
My map looks like this:
None of the marked NPCs are him. I searched pretty thoroughly, including at the altars that he apparently talks about, but cant find him. Anyone got a clue?
On a side note, I feel like we need a wheres-the-side-quest thread HAHA.
