As title says. Loading screens when logging into a character do not complete and party/guild/shout chat does not appear since your mid-day patch. I was playing all morning/afternoon just fine, and now this is plaguing everyone. My ET group/Saalus runs were ruined over this today. Apparently dungeons/missions are being affected by this as well.
