Loading screen stuck at 25% then game crashes

Bug Description :
Started the game in Tenet Garden.
Completed two quest (magic circle stuff and killing x amount of demons) but I did not turn it in yet to the quest giver.
Went inside Tenet B1.
Map loaded for 25% then game crashes.

This happened to me twice already, different location/scenario but same crash and I believe I’m not alone experiencing this, do we have a dedicated thread for this?

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Login the game
  2. Choose my Wizard
  3. Map loads 25%
  4. Crash!

Do we actually get compensation for this?
I didn’t pay early access to this game just to create a new character every time someone is stucked.

I don’t even see a single moderator replying on reported issue, do they even look at this page?

Can I at least request for my character to be relocated back at Klapeida town? I think it has something to do with the Tenet B1 dungeon.

Please help!

I won’t be asking for fix anymore, I just demand a refund.

I got this problem as well on one of my character. It my first time on one of my character crash at 25% load on Tenet 3rd floor. And will continue to crash again after loading after login.
Not sure what happened but I do both starting area main quests (not sure what to relate).
I validate my game files, it needs to re-download 1.4GB (maybe this is the reason for the crash?)

EDIT:
I tried to re-validate, and I was able to load as normal again.

Re-validating steam files actually solved this.
I still have 15 files missing even if I keep on validating, but somehow I was able to enter Tenet B1.
