Loading screen stuck, and the game suddenly closed

I can’t play with my char because after a teleport (to complete a quest party, in front of the dungeon), the loading screen stuck, and the game suddenly close, without any message of error.

I can play with my other char, the error only happens with that one specific.

My char “Dollyna” have a diferent number of channels, this is normal?
