Type of Bug : Loading Screen ALWAYS stops at 60% for 1 character in my account

Description :
i can’t tell how it was triggered but it all happened all of a sudden, i cant log in 1 of my characters since the loading screen stops at 60%, but i can login my 2nd char just fine on the same map and same channel
Steps to reproduce the issue :
*i cant really tell you how, since this happens on my account, i just log in the affected character

i’ve already tried reloading and relogging for about 10 times since i’ve started typing this and have yet to successfully log that character in
