I opened not 1 but 2 tickets regarding not getting my rewards as a returning player who had funded the game by paying for early access. I did not login for about 10 months and logged in when the event started. I’ve gotten the same god damn automated ticket response twice with absolutely no help. They aren’t even reading the ticket, because in my second email I state that I had already opened one with the exact email response they fed me again. I really want to get into this game and it’s absolute bullshit that they can’t be bothered to respond to their community in the proper manner. The rewards are exponential. I’ve got 3 other friends who are new players blowing past me because I didn’t get my rewards and it’s incredibly infuriating I can’t get them. I can tell the game has come a long way and is vastly improved, but they need to work on their customer support this is unacceptable. End of rant.
