List of Suggestions

Greetings! My name is Koji, a typical gamer.

I made this thread to list down a few suggestions or improvement for the game that I think wont be very hard and will be very helpful.

Please give your reaction especially if you agree so it’ll be noticed by the admins.

First is taking video in-game. We press F12 and we produce good quality videos consuming less storage. That’s cool.
But let me suggest for us to have an option to choose where to save the produced videos. Because seriously it’s taking up space on the SSD which is not good.

Secondly, I recorded some videos as reference to some of my suggestions. I used OBS because if I use the in-game recording the mouse movement wont be shown… So I suggest to add an option to show the mouse movement.

Let me focus my suggestions first on the Mouse UI.
Clearly the game is optimized for Keyboard UI but not Mouse UI.

Mouse Targets/Clicks.
I suggest to make the pets of your teammate or anybody else’s pet to be unclickable. Why? Because it obstructs the target of the mouse. If I point it on the opponents it’ll obstruct the click thus giving Mouse UI players a hard time attacking. As well as the NPCs if a pet is covering an NPC, we cannot click it because of the pet.

Keyboard vs Mouse UI.
Please add the “Select/Skip” option on the Key settings. I guess it’ll be all explained by the video I made.

Key Settings.
I suggest to have an alt Key Settings for the convenience of the players.

Chatbox.
The chatbox is always on-top. Thus hindering all objects behind it to be clicked. Again poor Mouse UI users.

Also as shown in that video above, the bots kept on spamming public chat. So I also suggest to prohibit sending same words to the public chat 3x for a certain amount of time (Example: 1min). This will definitely make an impact to lessen the annoyance of the bots.

And lastly, PLEASE dedicate an active person to completely BAN the account of whoever shouts selling for real money.
How does this help? It takes time to level-up to 40 just to shout while it takes less time to simply BAN those who are shouting. This is pretty simple but at least something is happening.

I appreciate any kind of feedback that i’ll receive and if you do have your ideas that can go with the suggestions above, feel free to drop it in the comments.

EDIT: Additional Suggestion:

I am suggesting for us players to receive a prompt before teleporting us inside a room or into another location just because we accidentally step on the arrow.

Thumbs up for ur suggestions!

I would like to bump this. Too sad there’s too less people who notices this…

I want to suggest some UI tweaks that in my opinion would be nice to see in the game:

  1. A possibility to move UI elements (such as buffs/debuffs, chat window, minimap, quest log and so on) anywhere you want on a screen.

  2. A possibility to turn on/off a display of exp points at exp bars in %, absolute numbers or both without mouse over on it.
    Example: 10% or 100/1000 or 100/1000 (10%).

  3. Add an information about skill CD and SP consumption at tooltip in hotbar slot.

  4. Add an extra hotbar panel for gamepad D-pad.

  5. Add an option to hide max lvl attributes at class masters.

  6. Remove word “collection” in collection tab or move it to the end.

  7. Add an option to hide completed collections.

  8. Add an option only to show collection you can currently fill with items.

  9. Add an option to sort collections by name.

  10. Add an option to turn on/off % of territory exploration at minimap.

  11. Add more filters at market:
11.1 Filter by item quality (show not worse than blue items, show not worse than purple items, etc).
11.2 Filter armor by type (cloth, leather, plate).
11.3 Filter recipes by type (spears, swords, upper plate, bottom cloth etc).
11.4 Add an option only to show hats with/without enchantments.

  12. Add a notification an attribute learning is completed.

I will update this post if I have more ideas. And sorry for my english.

This sounds nice in theory but the game would have to keep track of several of the character’s chat texts to compare because if this is in place then bots will just use a macro to output slightly different text each time e.g.:
goldsell.com
g0ldsell.com
golds3ll.com
goldsell.c0m
repeat ad nauseum, and it would just be a waste of developer resources because it is easily worked around.

Thanks for giving your feedback. Yea I agree this suggestion is a bit weak for a solution but I added it anyway just to point out the problem… Maybe the devs can think of a better solution.

I really hope they read this or any reply indicating they’ve read this… If they dont like the suggestions, it’s fine for me as long as I know that at least my long list of suggestions got read by those in-charge and my efforts of getting the game better was not wasted.

My biggest suggestion would be able to turn of ally damage numbers because they clutter the whole screen cant even see my own damage most of the time.
