When i used to play everyone hated the idea of Linker C2, but now i see lots of builds with it, did something chance?
Well until this week linker 2 was nice but now… hit count limit for joint penalty lv 10 is only 11 (100 before), doesn’t worth it for me 
Hit count is still the same. Those changes only apply in the test servers.

Atm these changes will come to our server, unless they change it again before wich I don’t think they’ll do.
Sure, changes will come, but it’s not like they’re coming next week.
I use Linker 1 myself, but that’s personal preference.
I play linker c3.
Its a good decision, but mostly because most of my party mates I regularly played with are lumbering hard hitters.
I think linker 1 will be enougth good pick for c3 class 5 targets enought for solo and decent for party
