Guess Im going Wiz3-Link1-Ele3 and then wait for the ranks8… I might that featherfoot or warlock, but it depedens…
I really like linking, and I think it would be great to have it even lvl 1, since I can combo with alot of AOE…
Im not looking for the best dps or the best utility, only what looks fun to me 
That’s great to hear that you are enjoying your current build. May I suggest you get a dandel gem to upgrade your joint penalty so that you can add 1 more mob to your link.

do you have any tips about stats whise? Is INT needed or should i run full con?
If youre focused on pvp you can go full con. Otherwise, you can do 1:3:1 con:int:spr. Though, thats just me, you can check other builds on their stat allocation 
Int helps build damage, but scaling is terrible so its not wise to go full int.
Dandel Gem is only for Rank 1 or Rank 3 Linkers, it adds 1 skill level, at level 10 or 11 it has still 8 targets.
5 -> 6 for Linker 1
10 -> 11 for Linker 3
