Lightning damage to frozen enemies

So you currently don’t do more lightning damage to frozen enemies. I’ve tested it and sent in a support ticket (With a video per their request), and all I’ve gotten back is “Please be informed that we will send your report to the proper department for verification. We only request for your patience and understanding while this is on going.”
It’s been 3 days since then, 9 days since I originally sent the video.
All I want to know is if this is an intentional change. I don’t see how this should take so long. It’s a yes or a no question.

The free class change is ending soon and lightning doing more damage to frozen enemies is a pretty big factor for my wizard build so I’d like to get that locked in while I still can.

The support is useless when you want to know about the game mechanics. It’s better to ask around.
Regarding your question, the answer is yes, it’s an intentional change. They removed the interactions between lightning dmg x frozen debuff, fire dmg x petrify debuff and dark dmg x curse debuff. However, some spells or special effects kept those interactions as an innate effect:

• Frostbite debuff inflicted by the Froster Lord card effect make enemies vulnerable to lightning damage
• Bokor’s spell Hexing inflicts curse, causing enemies to receive 30% more dark dmg if the caster has maxed the corresponding attribute
• Elementalist’s spell Stone Curse inflicts petrify and increases fire and psychokinesis damage by 50% against the affected enemies

Nvm, Frostbite debuff doesn’t increase lightning damage anymore. It used to say that in the card’s description, now it’s gone.

Can someone please test this? I tried using Fire Claw before and after Stone Curse’s petrify effect a few times and damage seems exactly the same…

Not anymore. It was removed alongside the lightning on frozen bonus.
