Hi I really want this hat

It says it drops from a Precarious Clymen and I’ve only seen that in Gele Plateue Mission instance but it never drops anything because it’s not a box or end boss?

Does this mean it’s actually a prize from the box in that instance or is everything on that things loot table so small that I rarely see it (nor anyone else apparently since there haven’t been any on the auction house)

Should be in the Cube/Box but as the dropchance is pretty low it can take quite some time to get it, if unlucky. I wish ye the best of luck tho.

So would that mean any mission can drop it or just the one with Precarious Clymen in it?

I think the Hat is cute. Dont let urself be bullied out of cute things :slight_smile:
And yes its only in the loottable of clymen.

All of the ■■■■ that supposedly drops from mission bosses is from beta when you got cosmetics from missions. They’ve pretty much all been removed from the game.

Ok, new info
He said that the mob was Blue Hohen Mage in Ibre Plateau
And the item was obtained via Corsair’s Pillage mecanic.
Not sure if its true.

If only we can see the person’s monster info on Blue Hohen Mage itself.

I would call total bullshit on this if it weren’t for the recent DPK changes. Now I don’t really know. It’s possible it’s just an item nobody’s ever seen before because nobody farmed the DPK for it before. Still seems unlikely.

Edit: Whatever I’m gonna try farming it on my Corsair3 just for the sake of science. If I get it I’ll sell for 1000x killcount or something. Edit2: Or more than that because the mob density kinda sucks. I don’t expect to see it anyway.

If he got it from pillage it won’t show up in the adventure journal.
