Anyone can explain to me how the exp system works? I would like to try to help power level some friends a bit to my level, but i don’t know how the exp works. Is there a level range limit where there’s penalties and if so can i have the details?

Right now the party system EXP distribution is quite confusing because it’s inconsistent so far. Also, no one has done an in-depth checking of it using an EXP viewer so tough luck right now xD
I might try it later should I get a reliable and easy to use EXP viewer.
