They are probably using their Exp cards. I’m level 31 and haven’t used any yet. Saving them when things get slow.
Nah. Me and a friend were hitting 100 in a day by knowing and rushing through content and doing things efficiently. However, we first played and struggled slowly. These were our alternative characters that we played later, with all the knowledge that we obtained on our first characters.
I am level 63, taking it slow now because it’s not CBT anymore, stopped leveling and trained my attributes, because I know I can easily catch up to most of the people. Benefits?
No token, obviously. 
Anyway, for leveling fast you need to know when XP curve restarts occur, so that you can abuse that and save the cards for the parts when it’s hard to level. Dungeon runs are also essential for fast leveling.
For 1 to 46, you should just do quests, pop your cards. Kill stuff along the way, grind 4 levels to 50 then, do 2x level 50 dungeons runs to get from 50 to 58-60 (takes about 30-40 minutes for both runs in total, even faster with certain party setups)
Then it’s back to questing again, hitting 86, grinding a bit after the xp restart to level 90, then doing level 90 dungeon for level 100.
On level 100, party missions open up and you keep doing quests, dungeons, party missions and that’s pretty much it.
Sure, some people are probably nolifing and getting even higher faster, but it’s not needed. Casual can easily level fast, once he knows how to level efficiently. Your first character will be a struggle though, it’s normal, you’re only learning the content at this point.

Those swordmen or any high level characters probably sticking with Pure STR Paladin + Conversion and AFK overnight on decent spawn rate map at level 110/150+ Map. (150 for Demon Prison).
I’ve seen lot of afk Paladin does this around Level 100-150… but yeah… <_<
Or this video might give you an idea of how OP Conversion can be.
You should only save Lv4+ so you may as well spend what you have, You should save all level Lv4+ cards because at Lv 165 the game dries up no quests at all till 175 and if you have no cards at that point you will struggle for days/weeks to level.

Do both questlines. Klaipeda’s and Orsha’s. You wont do a single grind till lvl 100.
