This isn’t a race. These are rewards for reaching those level milestones in Jurate - their new seasonal server.
I hope that never gets here honestly, we need many things - yet another server is not one of them.

Characters on that server get 40% discount with attributes, 50% discount on rerolling cubes, 90% discount on creating guilds. 80% bonus exp between 6pm~12am on weekdays, 150% between 4pm~2am on weekends.
No server resets? Reminds me of RO’s sakray.
The server will last for 3 months, then there will be a merge with main (there’s several details and whatnot on what you can bring over though)
i see a stat reset potion at 250 
are they going to release samurai class??

i prefer tp rewards for another character slots 
It’s temporary server like temporary leagues in path of exile and some japanese mmo game also had similar server, it’s opened to experience classes and game at less grind setting, though kTOS itself already has better setting (e.g., max dungeon limit is 5 with token activated), many events and newer&timely patches.
BTW i also hope iTOS has similar server in the future due to low population compared with its launch days.
