IMC, please, re-do this event once again. It was an amazing leveling event for all players - from new ones to veterans. I promise I’ll full-clear it with all my 29 chars :3

The problems are that I supposed to have four characters with four January boost pack but the one and only compensation pack I received is the new February boost pack, which is inconsistent with what was announced that we will received the correct boost pack.”
I face the exact issue… out of the 4 ticket sent, i got ambiguous replies with no specific timeline like “investigating and will get back soon” (which is never really soon). IMC should not be telling players who are keen in the game to wait indefinitely, also, the mistakes are yet to be rectified even though patch note said other wise.
I would really appreciate if IMC could take our issue seriously and handle it expeditiously. If able, give player deadline? So they have something to look forward to instead of waiting aimlessly and eventually lose interest. Thanks you.
