Tested on Archer C2 - Sapper C3
Leveling the skills Broom Trap, Collar Bomb to level 10 results in lower damager numbers on the tooltip in comparison to level 9.
IE:
Broom Trap lvl 9 = 502 attack
Broom Trap lvl 10 = 373 attack
Collar Bomb lvl 9 = 1106 attack
Collar Bomb lvl10 = 818 attack
Steps to reproduce the issue :
Simply level the skills to 9 and observe the change to level 10
