Level not high enough to open boost pack?(solved)

Bug Description :
So im trying to open the lv 70 returning player boost pack, im level 75, and it’s not letting me open it.

tried open that boost everytime i level up and did not work at all

I have the same issue.

Character : Selene
Character Level : 79
Level 50 one opened fine.

It’s a typo. The right level is 170. I think it will be fixed during this maintenance
