How do we know what level a repair shop is? I occassionally use a repair service from a shop stating 25% extra durability, but it only provides 12.5% extra durability or less.

The meaning behind 25% is it has a 25% chance to double the extra durability their repair provides. The extra durability will depend on the level of their repair ie: A Lv15 Repair would give you extra 15 durability. For an item with max 40 durability, after repair it will be 55/40. If the 25% chance attribute proc’d, the 15 extra durability will become 30 which makes a 40 max durability item into 70/40.
I do agree though that IMC needs to make it possible to identify the real level of their repair services. There’s too much scammers that I usually just come back to specific town+channel to look for a trusted Squire C3.
It’s not clear what 25% means and how it is currently being advertised. I thought that 25% meant 125% durability for every repair.
- check their squire circle
- there’s no telling if they really got or just level 1.
- best thing to do, use their repair on one equipment, then check how much durability was added.
Yeah but it would be much better if we had extra information from player shops of all kinds.
