Level 9 to 10 Gem leveling is STILL bugged

Previously had a post about this where my gem kept rolling back, i was Pmed a number (17ish)M of EXP that it really had according to an UI issue, now as of today a few months later my gem SHOULD be Level 10 as i’ve added over 6.5M EXP to it(required 22.9) Yet it is not and ticket or PM is not being answered
