They are giving almost the same experience as Level 4 EXP Card. Is it a bug or is it supposed to be like this?

Please look at this, if it’s a bug it’s huge one! There’s like only 2k difference in EXP between them!

It’s been like this since cbt; those 2 exp cards give roughly the same value
That’s why it’s so important that you grind 150-160 at demon prison/bee farm and do quests on both orsha/kai
I think it’s expected. lv5 cards appear just after one exp reset, and soon you start getting lv6 already. If they kept the same pace of growing exp, lv6 would be too good for it’s lvl range.
That issue exists since cbt 2.
And were reported that time aswell.

Well, you use the lvl 5/lvl 9 cards just after an exp reset, so I guess that it doesn’t matter that much, but I agree that it’s a bit annoying.
But hey, like RO players know, it’s not a bug, it’s a feature
