I’m having a problem cause im stack at level 44 with no more main quest… Any guide will do.
here’s all the quests in the game for now.
What happened during my main quest is… I’m level 44 but I have already done lvl 53 quest at novaha annex… After that no more main quest appeared? Should I track back from other maps?

yes or your level isnt high enough for the next main quest.
You should go to the other starting city (if you started on Klaipeda, go to Orsha and vice versa) and do all the quests from the maps around it. You shouldn’t be getting a quest shortage so soon in the game.
Stop questing and go to grind.
