Right now I have Earthquake at level 15 as a Wizard circle 3. When I hover the mouse over the skill it shows the stats for Earthquake level 15 and well as Earthquake level 16.
Is there any way to get Earthquake to level 16?
Nope.
Untill now TOS have only c3… Maybe someday idk
