after a few seconds of seeing him, he/she just disappeared
and ofc, same server [SEA] Telsiai
That guy was definitely summoned by his friend Templar because it’s impossible to reach that area by just walking considering he is only level 1, then he left the guild. Maybe he was there to scout Prison Cutter.
i thought only guildmates can be summoned? that char doesnt have a guild.
Low level chars on high level guilds can be fine. Guild invite summon and guild expel. EZ Port.
People can do this on 2nd Accounts to check for world boss messages and of course you usually don’t want the char in your own guild because other people might know what people to look out for to get boss timers.

Dont be naive. Hooke64 let you teleport to most of maps.
only reason to be there would be someone party warped him so he could try and get to the extension guessing numbers gimmick / poison gimmick
if it was hooker64 they would of just teleported to extention directly
You can’t do extension gimmick if you’re underleveled anyway.

I reported this same thing on Klap, and was met with the same response, which does make sense… But repeated incidents of the same thing seems off.
@GM_Francis Might want to look into these low level archers.
Edit: And to make matters weirder, where the screen shot is taken by OP, is where I seen the archer.

Maybe there’s a powerleveling hack that we don’t know about 
But yeah, there’s no way for a L1 character to reach that map level without some sorta ‘help’.

even if that lv1 character doesnt do anything, he is most probably used for ‘scouting’ before doing something nasty.
