If you had clicked the pencil icon, it’ll show you the edit history and show you which part had been edited / added…I merely added the last sentence.

15 tiles feels like too much. IMO the number of tiles should increase only on some levels. For example, heal lv 5 could spawn 3 tiles, lv 10 spawns 5 tiles and lv 15 spawns 7 tiles. There could also be a little more space in between them, so that you don’t activate 2 tiles at the same time by accident.
