Let's be honest here!

Is anyone here taking the time to do the instructions above?

Because for me if I am no longer able to log-in then that’s the end of the line of ToS and I’ll stop playing.

Hmm maybe this game lost it’s value as a form of entertainment for myself that I don’t even care what happens to it now whether bugs gets fix or new ones comes out, gets a major update… I think this is what they call lost of interest.

Yes I do. If I’m a dev how would I know what happened and where to look for when the ticket only writes “Hey your game crash!”. It is like others telling you say “You ought to improve”, but then leaves you bewildered as they never go into specifics on where and what needs to be improved.

But posting so much information is embarrassing!

@STAFF_John does not want that!

So, stop embarassing yourself!

Bye, have a good time!!

Hmmm a part of me agreed to this. When filing in tickets I can manage to provide my PC specs, steps, and screenshots at least, but I’m not exactly tech savvy so I can’t really give them my network configuration or the game’s registry log or whatnot because I don’t know how to get that kind of information! (or maybe it’s not necessary?)

Tell you what, maybe if the staff or the community can put together a simple manual to do a diagnosis (or at least halfway), I’m positive the devs will get a much better feedback with more information. Then again, I’m usually not the guy who go so far. I’m more the type to wait in the sideline until the issue is fixed, or leave quietly if the game leaves my entertainment spectrum.

why give them info, when they cant even give players proper info on their patch notes?
