Where it happened (which map, which quest, which npc, etc) : Lethargy: Additional Damage

Bug Description :
I trained the bonus attribute for the Lethargy. When I used it, it didn’t feel like I was doing more damage with my Rod, which is labled strike damage. So I increased it to lvl 2. 40% additional damage. Found a mob that my normal, found the on/off switch, attacks delt 60 damage. Then I turned it on, still delt 60 damage.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Attack mob with attribute off
  2. Turn attribute on
  3. attack the same mob
  4. Damage will be identicle.

Strike damage is only dealt when meleeing with a two handed staff. Rod and staff, for a Wizard, does magical damage when auto attacking with the primary attack key. If a cleric were to melee with it, it would inflict strike damage.

This is not a bug.

It is not a bug but it is a misleading description since in Rod states “strike” but it is impossible to use sub weapon attack with rod.

They should move the “strike” from above the main attack description to a lower place in item description.

Well… poop. :wolf:

No, because if a Cleric uses the weapon, then it would inflict strike damage with melee.

Then is misleading saying the main attack is magical. You can’t see the point.
