Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : Keyboard
Where it happened (which map, which quest, which npc, etc) : All monsters (tested on Mallardu and Seedmia in Tenet Garden)
Bug Description :
Applying lethargy to a monster (with the attribute to make hit type attacks do 20% more attribute level) is only working for earthquake. It does not work for energy bolt or fireball (from Pyro).
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Get the “Lethargy: Additional Damage” attribute
- Attack a monster with the Fireball, Energy Bolt or any other hit type skills except earthquake and take note of the damage
- Apply lethargy to the same type of monster
- Attack with the same skill - the damage is not affected by lethargy

It makes sense that magic attacks aren’t buffed with lethargy (it’s the fourth damage type!), but why would earthquake gain damage? Are you sure you tested it right?
