The cool down period for the vuvuzela is too long. It’s like 20 to 30 seconds. Why can’t it be 5 to 10 seconds? That’s more reasonable to prevent a bunch of spamming and it will be a much more fun item that way. Sure, it might be a bit annoying to some people to hear a guy dooting the vuvuzela every 5 to 10 seconds but that’s not something you can’t avoid or ignore.
