Bug Description :
Lena thank you box did not identify the reward and deemed it not existed. Items appeared to randomly get errors. Items that had get this errors so far included Superior Bracelet box (7 days) and card enhancement. I had approximately gotten 10 errors items on both characters.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Opening Lena thank you box
- get error messages that indicated that the items do not exist.
- sometimes the items are received. sometimes not.
