I’ve finally finished every main story quest today and The quest hasn’t changed nor has the legendary card slot unlocked. Not sure what else I can do. It still says the rest of the the quest is completed but that I need to finish the 9 revelation quests.
Talk to the Statue of Goddess Ausrine in Klaipeda after completing the quest to unlock the Legend Card slot .
Seems it shows 3 quests need to be completed there
